Sixth Form
Small classes. Big ambitions. Your future, shaped around you.
Your next step starts here
Sixth Form is where students specialise and prepare for their future pathways, through A Levels or BTEC.
Both routes are internationally recognised, and both build the deep subject knowledge, independent thinking and academic skills that leading universities look for. Which one suits your child depends on how they learn best, and we will help you work that out.
At Reigate Grammar School Kuala Lumpur, students receive expert teaching, personalised guidance, and support with university applications and career planning.
CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE
A Levels or BTEC
Sixth Form at RGSKL offers two internationally recognised Level 3 pathways, allowing students to choose the style of learning that best fits their strengths and future plans.
A Levels • The academic gold standard
Internationally recognised and academically rigorous.
A Levels allow students to specialise deeply in chosen subjects, build independent study and critical-thinking skills, and prepare for competitive university pathways around the world.
BTEC International Level 3 · applied learning
A practical, coursework and project-based route with real-world application. Level 3 BTEC qualifications are recognised by universities internationally. RGSKL offers BTEC in Business and Sport.

MORE THAN GRADES
The RGSKL Diploma
The RGSKL Diploma recognises academic achievement, leadership, co-curricular contribution and personal development. Universities and employers look beyond grades, and the Diploma gives students a structure for building the record that sits alongside them.

Beyond the classroom
Alongside expert university guidance, students receive support in exploring future courses, careers and professional pathways. Through connections with Reigate Grammar School UK and the wider Reigatian community, they can begin building relationships that continue well beyond school, opening routes to mentoring, professional networks and international collaboration.

What comes next
At RGSKL, Sixth Form students leave with more than strong qualifications. They develop the independence, confidence, judgement and character needed to make purposeful choices about their future.
Every year we set aside a number of Ambassador Scholarships for students who combine real academic ability with the character to represent this school well, here and across the RGS Global Village. If that sounds like your child, we would like to hear from them.
