Music
Music at RGSKL is vibrant and inclusive, with opportunities for all students to take part. Alongside specialist-led lessons, students can join a wide range of ensembles, from orchestra and chamber ensembles to more contemporary groups such as jazz band, rock band, and an Indian ensemble.
Regular concerts, festivals, and collaborative performances give students the chance to share their talents and build confidence as musicians. These experiences nurture a lifelong love of music and provide pathways for students to excel, whether as performers, composers, or leaders in ensemble settings.
Drama
Drama encourages students to build confidence, collaboration, and creativity through performance. Senior students participate in class productions, showcases, and major school performances, with recent highlights including a full-scale West End–style production of Beauty and the Beast. Students also have opportunities to refine their skills through workshops, and specialist coaching, ensuring that drama at RGSKL combines both artistic excellence and personal growth.
