EAL / LEARNING SUPPORT / BOARDING
Where English language support may be needed, the assessment also helps us identify the most appropriate level of provision for the pupil’s year group.

If your child has an existing learning support plan, specialist report or educational assessment, please share it during the application process so our Learning Support team can understand the provision they may require and advise you clearly before entry.

Boarding applicants also have a conversation with the Head of Boarding, helping us understand how they may settle into boarding life and how we can support them.

STEP FOUR
Application review
Once all documents and assessments have been submitted, our academic team reviews your child's application. Our aim is to ensure RGSKL provides the right environment for your child to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
We do not provide detailed feedback on individual assessment results, but we will keep you updated throughout so you know what to expect at each stage.
