Our five year plan
Most schools do not publish where they are going. We think a school asking a family to commit fifteen years should be willing to say.
Our five year plan sets out what Reigate Grammar School Kuala Lumpur intends to become by 2031, across eight areas of the school. It is the document our leadership is held to, and the same one we share with our governors.

WHAT IT COMMITS US TO
Four things a family
can hold us to
Independent accreditation. We are pursuing COBIS, BSO and ISI accreditation, the bodies that inspect British independent schools worldwide. Any school can describe its own standards. Accreditation means someone else checks them, and we will publish the outcomes.
A network that outlasts school. Every graduate is inducted into the Reigatian Hub, the RGS alumni network, for professional mentorship and industry connections long after they leave.
A campus that keeps growing. Purpose-built boarding for 200 students opens in 2027, backed by a rolling three year investment plan in facilities and digital infrastructure.
Character, taught and tracked. Creativity, curiosity, respect, resilience and moral courage mapped across every year group from Early Years to Sixth Form, with milestones that are followed rather than assumed.
